Let’s Talk It Out
A lot can happen in one semester — so let’s talk it out. At the end of each semester, we take a moment to look back. We invite politicians, academics, and experts from different fields to discuss the events that shaped Lithuania and the world over the past months. Let’s Talk It Out gives students an opportunity to meet experts face-to-face, ask questions, exchange perspectives, and better understand the political developments happening around us.
Summary of Politics
What are the forces shaping politics today, and where might they lead us next? This event offered students an opportunity to step beyond the headlines and take a closer look at the political developments influencing Lithuania and the wider international landscape. Joined by Laurynas Kasčiūnas, participants heard his views on current affairs while also having the chance to raise their own questions, challenge ideas, and take part in an open exchange of perspectives.
Demography in Lithuania: What Does Our Future Look Like?
What will Lithuania look like in the future and what does the younger generation think about it? This discussion brought together students, politicians, and representatives of youth organizations to explore Lithuania’s demographic challenges and the decisions that could shape the country’s future. With Juozas Olekas joining the conversation, students had the opportunity not only to hear how these challenges are being addressed today, but also to ask questions, share their own perspectives, and debate what solutions could work best for Lithuania.
